Bunny Yoga: October 2026
House Rabbit Resource Network
Hop into relaxation with Bunny Yoga, a heartwarming class that combines gentle movement, mindfulness, and the irresistible charm of adoptable rabbits!
Led by a certified yoga instructor, this all-levels class invites you to stretch, breathe, and unwind while friendly rabbits from House Rabbit Resource Network hop freely around the room.
Expect gentle yoga, lighthearted laughter, soothing poses, and plenty of photo opportunities as these adorable bunnies remind us to slow down and enjoy the moment.
All proceeds from this event directly support House Rabbit Resource Network, helping provide food, shelter, medical care, rehabilitation, and loving care for rabbits waiting for their forever homes.

Bunny Etiquette & Rabbit Welfare:
The rabbits’ comfort and safety are our top priority. Please review these guidelines before attending:
- Rabbits will be free to move around the space at their own pace. Please allow them to approach you rather than chasing or following them.
- Please do not pick up, carry, restrain, or move a rabbit.
- Rabbits should only be pet when they approach you and appear comfortable with interaction. Our volunteers may help guide you on appropriate bunny handling.
- Please avoid touching a rabbit’s face, ears, tail, or feet.
- Please keep your movements gentle and your voice at a respectful volume.
- Rabbits may chew, dig, hop onto mats, or leave droppings during class. That’s part of bunny yoga!
- For the safety of the rabbits, please follow all instructions from HRRN volunteers throughout the event.
- Not every rabbit will want to interact, and interaction cannot be guaranteed. The best bunny yoga experience is one where the rabbits are allowed to be themselves.
What to Bring:

- Water
- An open mind and a willingness to let the bunnies set the pace!
